Fundraisers are a chance for our community to pull together and support a cause that is much needed in our community. Research has shown that youth who have experienced foster care have far worse outcomes than their peers in the general population.

Children deserve stability, a loving family, and a good support system in life. Especially, the children that are in the foster care system. These children were given no choice in the situation they were dealt with but suffer from it. Over 27k of our youth that are aging out are left with no support system and must fend for themselves. With no guidance or support, these youth transitioning out face homelessness, substance abuse, incarceration, pregnancy, unemployment and are more likely to indulge in risky behaviors.

Our youth exiting out of the foster care system should not have to face the challenges or the lifelong consequences that are caused by not having the appropriate resources in place.  

All our fundraisers are driven to make a difference in the lives of this vulnerable population. To ensure we have a stable environment with reliable resources and accessible opportunities they need to succeed.
