Not-So-Spooky-Fall-Festival

MTRA is excited to partner with Refuge of Hope Independent Living Inc. Historically, MTRA has hosted its holiday market and car show after Thanksgiving, and we now look forward to combining our Not-so-Spooky Halloween and Holiday Market events which have continued to grow and evolve over the past four years raising enough money to sponsor nearly 200 therapeutic horseback riding lessons annually for children and adults with physical, emotional, and cognitive challenges through our programs which include Traditional Therapeutic Riding, Freedom Reins for Veterans, and Equine Experience for Foster Children & At-Risk Youth. This year’s event will also support young adults aging out of foster care transitioning into Independent Living with the Refuge of Hope Independent Living organization. The market, vendors, and car show participants help make this possible to those who cannot afford these services and give our local artists a way to showcase their arts and crafts. This year’s event will offer hayrides with a scavenger hunt, trick or treating stations, prize drawings, a car show, face painting, horse and creative arts mask stations, games, and more for the whole family to enjoy! We are hoping with your help and the help from our community, we will be able to create a wonderful fair that will continue to grow and highlight our amazing community.
